I started trysafehouse because I watched friends and neighbors — good people with beautiful mountain homes — come back from a long trip to find problems that should have been caught weeks earlier. A slow leak. A furnace that died in January. Bees in the attic. A fallen tree nobody mentioned.

The right answer wasn’t another property manager. They’re built for tenants and turnover, not for the owner who just wants to know everything is the way they left it. The right answer was someone local, trusted, and personally accountable — one number to call, one person who knows your home.

That’s the job. Every plan comes with my phone number, not a dispatch line. Every visit ends with photos. Every storm gets a same-day check. And if something is wrong, you’ll hear it from me before you even think to ask.

Every visit ends with a time-stamped, GPS-verified photo report in your inbox. If I saw it, you see it. No exceptions.

No rental conflicts

We don't manage rentals. Our only job is protecting your home — never splitting attention between your property and a revenue stream.

Local to WNC

I grew up in these mountains. I know which roads ice over first, which ridges hold wind, which valleys flood. Local expertise isn't a selling point — it's the job.

Insured and bonded

General liability insured, fully bonded, NHWA accreditation in progress. Certificate of insurance provided on request.

Honest when it matters

If a problem is above our scope, we'll say so and bring in someone qualified. If a plan is more than you need, we'll recommend less. Trust is the whole product.
